Balthazar ~ the Judicator

He is appointed to hear and decide the merits of a case and the guilt of the
accused. His judgements are based on the Machiavellian principle that assumes
man is fundamentally bad and that the end justifies the means.

Balthazar ~ the Judicator is a one-of-a-kind Figure, 21" tall, with a loosely jointed wood
armature, hand painted Cernit head, and hands; German glass eyes, and wool crepe hair.
He wears ultraleather two-tone boots, his long jacket and imperial hat are adorned with
antique gold metalic cording, ribbons and metals, symbolic of his high position.
