Creation of Mad Scientist Dr. Messmore, MD.
In 2003, Peter was among a group of individual
artists awarded an Artists Resource Fund (ARF) grant from the Pinellas County Arts Council. For his grant project he designed "Dr. Messmore, MD." a servo
controlled programmable automaton.
